About the event
From 6-7 pm, a family law solicitor will deliver a talk on family law and answer any questions you may have. Enjoy sandwiches, refreshments, and connect with fellow women in a welcoming, non-judgmental environment where you can also seek signposting support.
Following that, from 7-8 pm, learn self-defence techniques from expert instructors while getting an energising full-body workout. No prior experience or equipment needed!
We understand that the hardest part can sometimes be walking through the door, but our non-judgmental and friendly team will be there to support and encourage you every step of the way. Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to empower yourself, build strength and connect!
The class size is limited to 15 participants. If you RSVP after the limit, you will be placed on the reserve list. In the event of any cancellations, we will contact you.
We suggest a £2 or more donation to support our services, which can be made online (https://wonderful.org/pay?fndr=1616) or in person at the event. However, if you're unable to contribute financially, please still join us. We value building a supportive community!
If you have any questions, please contact us at 07414 932 902 or rwnadmin@harrowwomenscentre.org.uk.
It would be lovely to see you there! :)
